General Information

For safety reasons, small children are not permitted on their parents' shoulders or in prams, both in the spectator sectors and on the grandstands.

Admission to the event grounds with animals, rucksacks, food or drinks of whatever kind (though especially alcoholic), fireworks or flares as well as umbrellas is prohibited.

A major alpine event like THE Night­race requires you to be dressed appropriately. Please wear warm clothes as well as warm shoes with sturdy soles that provide good traction.

Arrive early enough so you also have the opportunity to enjoy the unique atmosphere to the full.

Spectators arriving by car will be directed by the organizers from the entrances to town in Pichl an der Enns as well as Haus im Ennstal to the parking areas. Shuttle buses will bring you to the actual event venue in a matter of minutes.

Please bear in mind how long it takes to travel to the event from your lodgings - it makes most sense to check into your hotel before the event.
