Up to 1.7 million watched Nightrace on ORF
The interest of ski fans is unbroken: Up to 1.680 million people watched the second round of the "Night Race" in Schladming live on ORF 1 on January 24, 2023, with an average of 1.513 million viewers and a market share of 49 percent (49 and 65 percent in the young target groups). This is Schladming's top value since 2020. Round one at 5.45 p.m. was watched by up to 981,000 viewers with a market share of 45 percent (41 and 60 percent in the young target groups).
Video streaming from yesterday's night slalom in Schladming was also heavily used: According to online video measurement (AGTT/GfK TELETEST Census), ORF's live streams and videos-on-demand available via web and app on ORF-TVthek, sport.ORF.at-Newsroom and ORF-Ski-alpin-Special in Austria have so far achieved a total of 208,000 net views (connected usage transactions), 569,000 million gross views (registered video starts) and a total usage volume of 6.7 million minutes. In the process, the live stream of the second run had an average reach of 52,000.
